Color My Mo

Welcome to “Color My Mo” day, as part of my Movember 2017 campaign I am experimenting with coloring my mustache based on suggestions from the community. https://stilldaddy.net/movember

As the first week of the campaign came to a close it was time for my first coloring session. Never having dyed my hair … let alone mustache … come along and watch a guy attempt to add some color to his face.

By 2030 we’ll reduce the number of men dying prematurely by 25%.

Movember is a awareness and fundraising campaign bringing attention to many of the most critical men’s health issues like prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Starting in 2003, the Movember Foundation as grown to inspire 5-million supporting Mo Bros and Mo Sistas and raise enough money to fund more than 1200 projects spanning the globe.

Join me on my coloring journey and help me, our team (Rad Mo Bros, and the entire Mo Bro community change the face of men’s health … https://stilldaddy.net/movember

So Grateful

This marks the start of the holiday season. A time of friends, family, and reflection. While it has been a rocky couple years with both highs and lows, I can say without a doubt that those that have come into my life have undoubtedly held me together and changed my life. Each of you have impacted me differently, some have provided that caring heart when I needed it most and some have pushed me out of the confines of my preconceptions. While not everyone is still a part of my life, I am thankful that you were when I needed you most.

Please, everyone stay safe this holiday and enjoy the turkey, stuffing, and pie.

Mo Bro time of year

Movember is upon us. Time to start growing that stash once again … if I can. Yet, it is not about being able to grow the Mo. Movember is about Men’s Health awareness, and not just prostate and testicular cancer but also Mental Health and Suicide Prevention.

Last year I had the dreaded exam, and it is about time I called again to setup another physical … so don’t want to. However, it would be the right and safe thing to do.

This year we have the Rad Mo Bro team back together and growing. I have set myself a personal goal of $1500 – though haven’t decided how to top shaving my head from last year. We will have to see. If you have any ideas, please feel free to share.
